O edifício a alterar é uma construção muito antiga. A sua muratura e estrutura encontram-se em estado de conservação precário. Por este motivo e pela inadequação da estrutura existente para responder às necessidades do requerente e do seu agregado familiar (dois adultos e duas crianças), pretende-se levar a efeito uma reorganização espacial do edifício pré-existente.

Recria-se, assim, o espaço em L da casa organizada em torno do interior do lote, para onde as divisões se viram. Os espaços de estar visam tirar partido da excelente exposição que a habitação dispõe, orientando-se a Sul e Nascente.

The building to be restored is a very old construction. Its walls and structure are in a precarious state of conservation. For this reason and due to the inadequacy of the existing structure to meet the needs of the applicant and his household (two adults and two children), it is intended to carry out a spatial reorganization of the pre-existing building.

In this way, the L-shaped space of the house is recreated, organized around the interior of the lot, where the divisions face. The living spaces aim to take advantage of the excellent exposure that the house has, facing south and east.
